How do I receive my digital products?

I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?

  • Download Limit: You can download the files up to three times, so we highly recommend that you save them directly to your device or a cloud storage immediately 

What file format do the workbooks and journals come in?

Am I allowed to print these files?
  • Personal Printing: Absolutely.  You are allowed to print them at home or through a print shop for your personal use
  • Copyright Restrictions: Commercial printing, distribution, or sharing of these files is strictly prohibited 

Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?
  • Final Sale: Due to the immediate download able nature of digital products, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges
