All products sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically. This includes downloadable PDFs, printables, workbooks, journals, and card decks. No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated on the product listing.
License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a Digital Product from The Divine Collective, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may:
Download and print your purchased materials for your own personal use.
Use printed copies for your own personal practice, journaling, or reflection.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, share, or forward the digital files to any other person.
Post, upload, or share the content (in whole or in part) on any website, social media platform, cloud-sharing service, or third-party marketplace.
Use the content, images, or materials for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to reselling, republishing, incorporating into your own products or courses, or using in client-facing work, without prior written permission from The Divine Collective.
Claim authorship of the content or artwork as your own.
All content, including but not limited to written material, artwork, imagery, layouts, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Divine Collective and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Product usage and guidelines
By purchasing and accessing our digital courses and workbooks, you agree to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Our products are designed to support your journey into Jungian archetypes, shadow integration, and the mysteries of Divine Masculine and Feminine energies. We encourage you to engage deeply with the content to maximize your growth and understanding. Please note that all sales are final due to the digital nature of our offerings.
NO Refunds Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, saved, and printed immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing a digital good, not a physical product.
Once a file has been delivered or made available for download, the transaction is considered complete.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, or general dissatisfaction with content style, format, or approach.
Discretionary Exceptions
While our policy is no refunds, I care deeply about customer satisfaction. In rare, extreme circumstances — for example, if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied and believes the content provided no value whatsoever — The Divine Collective may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a refund on a case-by-case basis.

This is a discretionary courtesy, not a guaranteed right, and is not owed under any circumstance.
Requests for discretionary refunds must be submitted in writing to info@the-divine-collective.com within 7 days of purchase, along with an explanation of the concern.
The Divine Collective reserves the right to approve or deny any such request for any reason, and to limit the number of discretionary refunds granted to any individual customer.
Discretionary refunds, if granted, do not set a precedent or obligate The Divine Collective to grant future refunds to the same or any other customer.
Technical issues (such as a corrupted file or failed download) are not subject to this discretionary process and will be promptly resolved by re-sending the correct file.
Intellectual property protection
All content within The Divine Collective's workbooks, journals, study cards, oracle cards, and any product, digital or physical, including but not limited to, text, images, and concepts, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Divine Collective. This includes our in-depth explorations of Jungian archetypes, masculine archetypes (like The King, The Magician, The Warrior), and feminine archetypes (like The Queen, The Mother, The Crone). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our materials is strictly prohibited and violates intellectual property laws. The stunning AI images and meticulously crafted study cards are also protected.
